You agree not to use the service for any unlawful purpose or in any way that violates these terms. The service is intended for organizing and participating in padel events.

3. Payments and Fees

Any fees related to court rentals or event participation are subject to the policies of the specific padel club hosting the event. SYNaPADEL acts as a management platform and is not responsible for refund disputes.

4. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SYNaPADEL and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.

5. Changes to Terms
